How it works each week:
Whatever your reasons, age or fitness ability, join the Westfield Walking Club every Tuesday from 7.10-8.00am. A supervisor from Sport Waikato will take you on a walking workout starting with some stretches and warm ups. Then you will walk around the centre on level 1 and level 2 or even outside the centre if the weather is fine.
It's fun, sheltered all year round and by becoming a regular member you'll get to socialise with some like minded people. Our mall walkers like to enjoy a coffee and chat at Muffin Break afterwards. You can purchase a coffee and scone at a special discounted price.
