The Customer Service Centre is the hub of information for all activities at Westfield Downtown. At Westfield Downtown we have two customer service locations.
The Customer Service Booth is located on Level 1. It is manned from:
9.30am - 4.15pm Monday - Friday
10am - 5.45pm Saturday
10am - 4.45pm Sunday.
Outside these times please visit our Centre Management Office located on Level 2.
A Westfield Gift Card is the perfect gift. Gift Cards are available from the Customer Service Desk and can be loaded in any denomination up to $995.00. They are accepted at most retailers, at all Westfield centres throughout New Zealand.
Looking after your little ones will always be a pleasure at Westfield Downtown because our Parents Rooms are equipped with a microwave and change tables, all in a safe and comfortable environment.
