Looking after our customers and their family is our number one priority.  That is why all of our centres have a Customer Service Desk to help you with all your queries.  We wish to offer a pleasant and convenient shopping experience.

The Customer Services Desk offer a variety of services including:

- InterCity Bus Tickets
- Mobility Services 
- Stroller Hire
- Gift Cards
- General retailer enquiries.

Westfield has introduced an electronic Gift Card that replaces Westfield Gift Vouchers.
However, please note that Westfield participating retailers will continue to accept Gift Vouchers up and until they have reached their expiry date.

Cards can be loaded with any value between $10 and $995 and used multiple times until they expire or the total value on the card has been deducted.
Cards can be used at participating stores in the 12 Westfield centres across New Zealand - from department stores to fashion stores, to cinemas and restaurants and much, much more.

Kiddie Cruisers are available for hire from the Customer Service Desk.
Please note there is a charge for this service and photo ID is required when hiring.

$5 for single car - per hour
$8 per double car - per hour
