Summer Fashion

Tangerine and fuchsia, acid yellow and cobalt blue.  This season we're putting you through a clash course in wearing the full colour spectrum.  Put bright with bright for an atomic cocktail of colour.  Two-toned dresses do the work for you, while the adventurous can try wearing one colour from head to toe.  This summer, every outfit is a piece of pop art.

The second most important white dress you'll ever wear. Replace your little black number with summer's ivory, alabaster or Egyptian cotton.  Everything goes, from antique eyelet lace to preppy tennis dresses and even cut-out leather.  It looks dazzling with diamonds (fake is fine) or can be styled to be as edgy as you are.  Just be careful not spill.

It's going to be a long hot summer in ankle-length dresses.  This time around, we're taking the look to extreme lengths.  Formal fabrics like silks and chiffons skim over the body - think red carpet meets the beach.  What the maxi dress leaves to the imagination is what makes it so magnetising.  Never underestimate the allure of what you're not showing.
