The Customer Service Desk is located on level 1 near the entrance to Farmers.

At Westfield Queensgate we have wheelchairs available for hire. Just visit the Customer Service Desk for more information. There is no charge for hireage but you will require photo ID and will be required to sign the terms and conditions of hireage.
