Westfield Queensgate has free customer car parking for up to four hours (P240) in the majority of the Centre car parks. There are also one and a half hour (P90) parking zones for more convenient shopping. These areas are marked by a P90 and P4 hour signposts.
Westfield Queensgate provides free parking for customers who ride their bikes to the centre. There are 21 bike stands that you can chain your bike to on Ground Level underneath the ramp (Row E).
We recognise some shoppers may lose track of time and Westfield Queensgate is happy to extend your free parking time period.
If you think you are going to be longer than four hours during your next visit, please see Customer Service for a free extended car parking coupon. These need to be displayed on your dashboard in the four hour car park area. They are for use by Westfield Queensgate customers only. You may be asked to verify that you have been shopping at Westfield Queensgate.
If you exceed your time limit in the designated parking zones, you will be issued with a notice and fine of $45.00 by Parking Enforcement Services. You need to pay this notice within 21 days of it being issued. Details of how to pay are on the back of the issued notice. If you would like to appeal this fine, simply write to Parking Enforcement Services and let them know why you are appealing.
