Parking

Westfield WestCity has free customer car parking for up to four hours (P240) in the majority of the centre car parks. 

There are also other parking time zones of five minutes (P5) and one and a half hours (P90) for convenience shopping.  These areas are marked by a P5, P90 and P240 sign post and reminders are displayed at the entrances to the car parks and doors into the centre. 

Please ensure you are parked in the correct time zone for your intended shop at the centre.

Free Extended Car Parking Coupon

We recognise some shoppers may lose track of time and Westfield WestCity is happy to extend your free parking period.  If you think that you are going to be longer than 240 minutes (four hours) please visit Customer Service on Level 2 opposite Supre for a free extended car parking coupon.  These coupons last the entire day and must be displayed on your dashboard in the P240 area.  They are for use by Westfield WestCity customers only.  You may be asked to verify that you have been shopping at Westfield WestCity.

Parking Breach Notice

If you exceed your time limit in the designated parking zones you will be issued with a parking breach notice of $45.00 by Parking Enforcement Services.  You need to pay this notice within 21 days of it being issued.  Details of how to pay are on the back of the issued notice. 

If you would like to appeal your fine, simply write to Parking Enforcement Services and let them know why you are appealing.  Parking Enforcement Services can be contacted on 0800 727 536. 

Car parking at Westfield WestCity is provided for the use of the centre's customers.  If you work locally please talk to your workplace about alternative car parking options.
