Redemption: The free Genix massage chair will be automatically added to the order at checkout. No additional action is required by the customer to claim this offer.

Returns/Exchanges: If the OGAWA Master Drive A.I is returned, the free Genix massage chair must also be returned. If only the Genix is returned, no refund will be issued.
