Recipe: Cashew Blueberry Smoothie
Smoothies are one of the easiest (and most delicious) ways to incorporate key nutrients into your diet.
Nuts are a nutrient-dense whole food that contain a combination of at least 28 difference essential nutrients and, like fruits and vegetables, each nut has its own unique combination. Eating a healthy handful of nuts every day has also been shown to support heart health, manage diabetes, and help maintain a healthy weight.
