L’Occitane & Annabel Langbein partnership
For many years, L’OCCITANE has lived the ethos of embracing and celebrating natural beauty, motherhood and strong females who exercise a balanced, holistic approach to living and ageing gracefully. It is no surprise the brand has partnered up with a kiwi figure who is the living expression of this ethos to create its next collaborations for 2018, starting off with Mother’s Day.
“Increasingly I’m drawn to brands that respect the ingredients they use and the people who produce them. It’s the ethos behind my approach and also L’Occitane’s,” says Annabel Langbein.
Rachel Smith, director of L’Occitane en Provence in New Zealand says, “The partnership between L’Occitane and Annabel is a perfect harmony. We are two brands who speak the same language; whether it is respecting nature and plants, our producers and ingredients – L’Occitane and Annabel have a wonderful skill to highlight each in their own way.”
The collaboration starts off with Annabel’s Mother’s Day Essentials; three gift sets containing Annabel’s essential paired with her cookbooks and will be available from all New Zealand L’Occitane boutiques, including the e-commerce boutique, from April 16.
L’Occitane will work with Annabel throughout the year to create exclusive recipes inspired by Provence, available mid-2018. To celebrate Annabel’s new book, ESSENTIAL Volume Two: Sweet Treats for Every Occasion, L’Occitane will also take a lucky reader and a friend to Provence as part of a launch competition. Other projects with Annabel are yet to be announced.
