For this look I focused on a more preppy and smart ensemble. The layers help to create more of a sophisticated and classy look that many women can utilise and wear every day.
During this confusing weather period, I like to tie in softer colours as on the colder days wearing softer colours seems to brighten an environment. This sleeveless baby pink coat is easy to wear, and its delicate colour has a side of femininity as well as a touch of fun. The great thing about this coat is that it’s lightweight, meaning it’s an awesome alternative to a thick jacket or sleeved coat that many people would normally add to layer an outfit.
A crisp white shirt is a transeasonal essential, especially since it can be dressed up or dressed down. I rolled the cuffs on mine for a more casual approach, but wearing them unrolled also looks great.
The feature of this outfit are the pants. The check print gives them a touch of class and sophistication, the fit on them allows you to decide what direction you want to take with them, and the colour combo of grey and white perfectly ties into the palette selection.
The accessories really tied my outfit together. The soft dusty pink bag especially keeps it simple and was another subtle pop of colour, perfect if I were to remove the sleeveless coat.
