For outfit one I’ve decided to go for a look that’s easy for all to wear, catering to different price ranges, shapes and sizes, because hey, we’re all different and we have to embrace it. This look entails a classic Bohemian vibe and I’ve paired multiple fabrics and textures against each other as well to reflect a more refined look.
The top half of my outfit is a crochet number, and I’m in love with the feel of this fabric. What I adore about this piece is that it screams summer and helps to keep you cool in the heat too.
Printed shorts are a must have for my festival look because they’re so much fun. I’ve gone for a more subtle print because I want the focus to be on the top half of my outfit, enhancing the jewellery and fabric detail of the top. However, dependent on the look you are going for, you can reverse this or go bold with print on print.
The boots are a classic shoe that can grunge up an outfit instantly. You can guarantee these won’t come off when you’re out and about – they are a boot with longevity and stamina to get you through the day, plus I can honestly say they are comfortable (once broken in – so make sure to wear them before the festival).
Because the crochet top is so gorgeous and plain I decided to have a bright stand out piece of jewellery. And with the turquoise colour really complimenting my blonde hair and blue eyes, it really shines through.
