How do I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Orders are final when the customer receives notification via email. Cancellations and refunds will only be processed at the discretion of the Retailer, based on their existing terms and conditions. For more information, see our Westfield Direct Terms and Conditions.


What do I do if my order is cancelled after I've paid?

Cancellations and refunds will only be processed at the discretion of the retailer, based on their existing terms and conditions. If the retailer has cancelled your order after payment, then you can lodge a request for a refund if the retailer has not automatically provided you with one and we can assist you.
