The Valet Lounge is located in the Green Car Park, Basement Level off Mortimer Pass. To enter via the centre, entrance is via the escalators near Guest Services on Level 1, Farmers side.
3 easy steps for Westfield Plus members:
1. Provide your keys and mobile number to our Valet Attendant. Your valet ticket will appear on your Today screen in the Westfield Plus app.
2. When you’re ready to leave, open up the app and select “Request vehicle” on your valet ticket on the Today screen. The Valet team will be notified and will get your vehicle ready for you.
3. Return to the Valet Lounge and present your valet ticket in the app to the Valet team to pay for Valet and Parking and collect your vehicle.

How Valet Parking works for non-members:
1. Give your keys and mobile number to a member of our Valet team. You’ll get an SMS containing your valet ticket.
2. Return to the Valet Lounge and present your valet SMS to the Valet Attendant to pay for Valet and Parking. They will then retrieve your vehicle for you.
