Wedding gift guide: what to buy your bridesmaid
Your wedding day is fast approaching and everything is almost ticked off the list but you still haven’t figured out what to get your bridesmaids. They probably helped ticked off a lot of those items so you want to get them something special so that they know how much they are loved and appreciated. There are so many different presents you can get for them, so we have selected four types of gift categories that could potentially help you find the perfect gift a lot easier than it was to find the perfect partner!
Something for the big day
Why not gift your bridesmaids something that they can use on the day? Whether it’s jewellery or the same shade of lipstick that they can wear because they will all be matching on the day and all have something to remember from this special occasion. You could even go as functional as a compact mirror that is perfect for a handbag and it great for making sure that everything is in order before the photos start. Here are a few things that may spark some gift buying:
- Jewellery- earrings, necklace, bracelet, ring

Just a little something to say thank you
Treat your bridesmaids like the queens they are with a gift that will show them how much you appreciate them. Matching dressing gowns, slippers or even pjs are perfect for the night before or morning of the big day and will look great in photos. If the lead up to the wedding has been crazy to say to least, treat them with some bath bombs and a bottle of bubbles so they can relax and take in the excitement before the wedding bells ring. If you want to go all out, make a little bridesmaid box for them including some of the things listed above as well as anything else they might love.

Pre-day prep and pamper
A practical gift that will also have your bridesmaids smiling with excitement, is a day of wedding prep that involves a little pampering. Whether it’s a manicure, blow wave or facial a day or two before the wedding, it will have your bridesmaids feeling the love, you will get to relax a bit before the big day and you will all be ready for hair and make up the next day. If you want to surprise them, a gift card will be perfect for the occasion. Just estimate how much you are planning to spend on pampering and gift them a gift card of that value and that way you are all ready to go spend the day treating yourselves without them trying to pay.
