Run into Winter: an activewear guide for the cooler months
New season, new me- this phrase is heard around the world with the incoming of Spring and Summer, but what about the cooler seasons? For myself and many of my peers, not letting the wheels fall off your fitness regime is one of the hardest things of the change of seasons (that, and not letting the homeless man from Home Alone become your Winter style icon).
No matter what style you like to rock while running, whether it be bold and motivating active-wear or dark and blended in, we have transformed these into layered winter looks so you can still stay true to your look and, more importantly, your fitness goals this autumn.
Love to layer
A tricky aspect to dressing for exercise in Winter is starting out chilly and once you get going you begin to heat up. A great way to combat this is investing in a multi-layered jacket to see you through depending on the time of day or level of strenuousness, you can start with one of two layers and go from there.

Bright and bold
Bright colours are not just motivating but help to give the feeling of warmth from the outside in. On a gloomy day when it’s hard to make a move, be the colour and inspiration you seek!

If you’re looking to blend in while out on the trail, layer up your blacks with a range of climate-control fabrics that help to combat the change of temperature from sunrise to sunset.

No need to sacrifice style when on the run from the gym to home. Working with this season’s tones of neutrals and khaki, putting together a post-gym look is made easy with these basic staples.
