Recipe: Papaya, Goat Cheese and Honey Toast

With a sweet taste, butter-like texture and no-fuss preparation, papaya makes for the perfect, naturally healthy snack.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 piece sourdough bread, toasted (50g)

1/4 cup or 60g crumbled goat cheese

75g thinly sliced papaya

1/2 tbsp honey

Fresh mint, shredded

Shop all your fresh ingredients at your local Westfield

Method

  1. Top toasted sourdough with goat cheese and papaya to taste.
  2. Drizzle over honey and sprinkle with mint to serve.
