Smoothies are a great way to stay cool, and get your fruit and vegetable fix for the day! Check out our two favourite smoothie recepies for this Summer:

The green monster
1 cup coconut water
½ cup mango
½ banana
Handful of spinach
1 cup of ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth

Berry-delicious
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup plain yoghurt
1 cup apple juice
1 cup ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute of until smooth
