M.J. Bale founder, Matt Jensen, (the ‘M.J’ in M.J. Bale) had an idea to create a totally unique Australian menswear brand that revolved around quality. The functionality of the garments had to be just right so that the customer would be just as stylish and comfortable both here and travelling overseas, whether wearing business or casual attire, right up through to formal events and tuxedos. Most importantly, Matt wanted a closeness of supply chain between the Australian wool grower, Italian weavers, Japanese tailors and the ultimate product the customer was wearing.
