Only the best ingredients are used to make sushi at St Pierres' Sushi stores. Fresh salmon arrives daily from the Marlborough Sounds and is skinned and boned on premises. The fresh chicken arrives daily and is marinated and cooked fresh every day. All the cucumbers, avocados and other vegetables are cut daily for super freshness.
