Our friendly Customer Services team are available to help you with directions, store information, lost property, transport, parking information and more.

Accessible services

For mobility-impaired customers, we offer wheelchairs and mobility scooters for hire. There is no charge for hireage but you will require photo ID and terms and conditions apply. The wheelchairs and mobility scooters are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. Please contact customer services on tel: (03) 983 4500.

For your convenience, you will also find accessible parking close to the mall entries.

To find the best parking for mobility-impaired customers please contact our Customer Service team to discuss which of our carparks will best suit your needs on your next visit.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme

Westfield is a proud participant in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme which helps to support and raise awareness for people living with a hidden disability.

Under the Hidden Disability Sunflower scheme, our customers with hidden disabilities such as autism, chronic pain, dementia, anxiety, visual or hearing impairment, can choose to wear a lanyard bearing a sunflower logo as a subtle way of letting our centre employees and retailers know that they may require additional support, assistance, or a bit more time when visiting our centres.

The free Sunflower lanyards can be collected from the customer services desk.
