- The 1-3 key things your organisation or group would like to deliver in the next 5 years for your local community; and how Westfield could work with your organisation or group to achieve these goals.
- How many paid employees you have in your organisation or group as well as volunteers.
- Agree that you have read and agree to the Westfield Local Heroes Terms and Conditions.
Why do we need information about your organisation and your nominee?
Westfield Local Heroes are nominated by community members for the positive impact they make to the local community or environment. Our selection panels want to get to know the nominee better and to understand the work your organisation does.
Information about how the grant would be spent
You know your organisation and the work your nominee does better than anybody. Share with us your plan for how you will use the grant, if successful, to benefit the local community and environment.

Our finalists and heroes’ organisations have clear goals on how they will continue to help their local communities thrive and build resilience. Westfield looks for additional ways to work with these organisations to help them grow their impact. We would love to hear about the future vision for your organisation and how Westfield could potentially work with you to achieve your goals.
