To ensure all our customers can navigate around our centre with ease we offer the following services to assist with accessibility.
We have accessible parking available, located close to the entrances of the Centre. Look for the clearly marked parking bays. See here for further info.
All our restrooms have a wheelchair accessible toilet.
There are several parking bays intended for our customers that are hiring equipment. These are located on the basement level of the green carpark near the Taxi and Disabled Bays, marked ‘Customer Service Bay’. Please be aware that these car spaces are on a first-in basis.
Guest Services desks
Our friendly Guest Services team are available to help you with directions, store information, lost property, transport, parking information and more.
Mobility Scooter & Wheelchair Hire
The team at Guest Services are also available to assist you with hiring out equipment to make shopping in our centre easier.
Hiring mobility scooters and wheelchairs are free of charge. However, you will need to provide a valid form of identification and complete a hire agreement form to confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions of hire.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme
Westfield is a proud participant in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme which helps to support and raise awareness for people living with a hidden disability.
Under the Hidden Disability Sunflower scheme, our customers with hidden disabilities such as autism, chronic pain, dementia, anxiety, visual or hearing impairment, can choose to wear a lanyard bearing a sunflower logo as a subtle way of letting our centre employees and retailers know that they may require additional support, assistance, or a bit more time when visiting our centres.
The free Sunflower lanyards can be collected from the guest services desks on level 1.
