Parking
For your convenience, Westfield St Lukes has free customer car parking for up to four hours (P240) in most Centre car parks.
There are also P60 parking zones for more convenient shopping. These are all clearly marked.
At Westfield St Lukes, we want to make shopping easier for those with young children. Just pull into one of our specially marked Parents with Prams parking spots, located close to the entrances of the Centre.
We also have parking available especially for senior citizens that is close to entrances. Look for the clearly marked parking bays.
We have accessible parking available, located close to the entrances of the Centre. Look for the clearly marked parking bays. Please note for closest lift access on Level 2 you can park in the small covered L3 carpark off Exeter Road. The lift is located to the left of Event Cinemas inside the Centre. For best lift access on Level 1 you can park via the entry off St Lukes Road or the first entry off Morningside Drive. The lift is located just down from NZ Post in the foodcourt area.
If you think you’ll be shopping for a while, make sure you park in the P240 area, as this will give you four hours of free parking. However, if you think you’ll be longer than this, please get an extended parking coupon from our Customer Service Desk. The extended parking coupon will let you park for the whole day. However, the coupon needs to be clearly displayed on your dashboard. Car parks are for the use of Westfield St Lukes customers only, so please don’t be offended if you are asked to verify that you have been shopping at the Centre.

6. Interpretation:
“any person in your company” means any person who comes into the car park with you or in your vehicle or who was brought or sent into the car park by you.
“car park” means all the property constituting the car park including any entry and exit ramps, loading docks, driveways and elevators and stairways servicing the car park.
“us” or “we” means each of the owner(s) of the Centre and any manager of the Centre from time to time, and their related bodies corporate, employees, agents and subcontractors.
“you” and “your” refers to and includes each person who enters the car park in any manner and any owner of a vehicle which enters the car park.
We monitor the car parking at the centre to ensure car parks are available for use by genuine shoppers of Westfield Albany. It also allows the centre to provide as much free parking as possible for shoppers and, to discourage the long term stay by drivers of vehicles not intending to shop at Westfield Albany. A Breach Notice will be issued to vehicles exceeding the time limit and will attract a $55 fee. This is in line with common practice at most shopping facilities in New Zealand.
